When should I book?

Booking early offers the widest selection of rental items and services. Don’t hesitate to secure your booking as soon as possible. Rest assured, adjustments, including quantity changes, can always be made later to accommodate your needs.

Can I visit your showroom?

Yes, we do have a showroom located in Green Bay! Our store hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. While we do encourage appointments, feel free to drop by anytime during our operating hours! We look forward to seeing you there!

What is the Rental Duration?

For weekend events, our rentals typically start at 2 PM on Thursday and items are due back before 4 PM on Monday. If your event falls on weekdays, rental durations will vary based on the specific event requirements. Please contact us for more details regarding weekday rental lengths. We’re here to accommodate your event needs!

Could you assist me with your creative expertise?

Our skilled design team has assisted numerous brides, grooms, and event planners over the years! In fact, we have a dedicated design area in our showroom specifically for this purpose. We’re excited to offer our expertise and assist you in creating the perfect event!

Do you offer Setup & Takedown Services?

Absolutely! Frequently, event planners and special guests find themselves short on time or lacking expertise in certain areas. Providing assistance in this regard is something we take pride in, as it often becomes the most appreciated aspect of our service.

What is required to book?

Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit and a signed contract at Ruby Design. Three weeks prior to the event, we’ll need your final numbers, and your final payment will be due two weeks before the event. During the final numbers stage, we’ll adjust the initial estimate to ensure accuracy.
